Pleasant Pointe Commons is a new 7,000 SF retail development located on Hwy 20 in Mount Pleasant, WI. With over 900 stores across the country, Firehouse Subs®, will anchor this development. Included in this development will be Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Dickey’s operates 514 restaurants across the United States. Polished Nail Boutique, a high-end nail and spa business will lease the remaining space. Northterra took an existing service station and redeveloped the site into a $1.5M neighborhood retail center.
