This 8,000 square foot Home Depot neighborhood shopping center was built with a fully executed Starbucks Coffee lease in place. This building was 50% preleased at the time construction began. One challenge of this development was the drive-thru access that Starbucks required. Stacking is a very important element to Starbuck’s real estate goals. We were able to configure the car spacing such that it allowed for proper spacing for the overall development. Mid-America brokered the sale and subsequently leased the center on our behalf.
